The Communication Center is a feature in Invono that makes it easy to send emails to shareholders and other stakeholders directly from the platform. You can personalize your messages, attach files, track opens, and manage all communication in a professional and structured way.

You can create and manage as many messages as you would like, and these messages are available on all of our pricing plans, even Free.

We do charge 3 SEK per sent email (i.e. 3 SEK per recipient of the message). The amount is drawn from the prepaid account, on which you get 50 SEK once you create your account, so you can start sending out emails right off the bat.

Currently, you can send messages to your shareholders via the Communication Center. Soon, this feature will be expanded to allow sending to company members and other contacts linked to your company account.

With open tracking, you can see which recipients have opened your emails and how many times they have opened them. This gives you better insight into engagement and makes it easier to follow up at the right time. The feature is included starting from the Lite plan.
