So, what exactly is eSigning?
Electronic signing, or "eSigning," is the process of applying a digital version of a signature to a document or contract, offering a secure and efficient alternative to traditional, handwritten signatures. This digital method streamlines the signing process, allowing individuals and businesses to finalize agreements, contracts, and forms remotely without the need for physical paperwork. eSigning is not only faster and more convenient, but it also eliminates the need for printing, scanning, and mailing documents, significantly reducing operational costs and environmental impact.
Legal validity
One of the key advantages of eSigning is its legal validity. Most countries, including those in the EU and the U.S., have established legal frameworks that recognize electronic signatures as being just as legally binding as traditional signatures. Laws such as the eIDAS Regulation in Europe and the ESIGN Act in the United States ensure that electronic signatures can be securely used in business transactions, offering compliance and security guarantees that are critical for sensitive documents. eSigning solutions typically come with added layers of security, including identity verification, audit trails, and encryption, ensuring that both the signer and the document are protected from tampering or fraud.
Efficiency
Beyond legality and security, eSigning solutions are designed to enhance workflow efficiency. Businesses can reduce turnaround times by enabling multiple parties to sign documents simultaneously, track the status of pending signatures, and store signed agreements digitally for easy access and management. Whether you're a startup, a large corporation, or an individual needing to sign and send documents quickly, eSigning offers a seamless experience that aligns with the modern, digital-first world of business.

Today, authorities etc. accept digital signatures on most documents. The security of electronic signing is in many cases much higher and with our service the signed document is sealed and can be checked for authenticity in the future so that no changes have been made to the document.
